Petersburg, Virginia – North Sycamore Street
From the North Sycamore area in Petersburg, Virginia USA. I wanted to capture a bit of everything in this area that in recent years seems to be trying its best to be more attractive and aesthetic. I couldn’t get enough of the suggestion wall. I even signed it. More than a century ago, this area was the location of slave trading activity and “labor rental” but today, Bistros, coffee houses, art galleries and antique stores call N. Sycamore home. I hope to return to Petersburg soon and look at another area.
